VINYASA FLOW YOGA
This class will focus on strength, nourishing movement, yin (long, deep stretching) and meditation. Each class will encompass each of these aspects so there will be a little something for everyone, but you can expect a different class each time. We encourage you to explore and see if this is something that might feed your mind, body, and soul.
This class is open to all ages and fitness levels as there are always modifications to each pose to accommodate your needs.
Kim Adair is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 200 teacher with over 1,000 teaching hours since she started teaching in 2013. She has been practicing yoga since 2001, starting in Austin, TX. Kim has done extensive training in Prana Flow, Yin, Pre-Natal yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and also teaches SUP Yoga! Her radiant energy will guide you to a deeper place than just getting on your mat to “stretch”. You will receive a wonderful practice that will challenge, open and balance you!
