Nate and Jess Burditt are the owners of WTX Sports and Wellness. Nate started this business in 2013, just two months after Jess gave birth to their first born daughter.

Together, they have worked with hundreds of clients in our area from all different types of backgrounds.. From community leaders, business owners, division 1 athletes, nurses, doctors, law enforcement, moms, grandparents, great grandparents, and countless others.

Angie is an experienced yoga and mobility teacher specializing in Ashtanga, functional movement, and posture correction. With a deep passion for helping others unlock their physical potential, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to move freely and live a life of balance and vitality.

 

Angie’s journey into the world of yoga began over a decade ago when she discovered the transformative power of Ashtanga yoga. Drawn to its dynamic and disciplined approach, she immersed herself in the practice, studying under renowned instructors and honing her skills.

 

As a teacher, Angie combines her extensive knowledge of yoga with functional movement principles to provide her students with a holistic and integrated approach to mobility and strength. She believes in cultivating body awareness and mindful movement to promote optimal alignment, flexibility, and muscular balance.

 

Angie places great emphasis on working with one-on-one clients to help them improve their posture both on and off the mat. By tailoring her approach to the unique needs and goals of each individual, she incorporates targeted exercises and techniques that promote better alignment, core stability, and body mechanics.

​I'm Benjamin, a fresh, bright-eyed personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives. While my career initially thrived in the realm of sales, a pivotal moment in 2020 prompted a radical shift. Faced with the consequences of neglecting my own health, I embarked on a transformative journey that changed the course of my life.

Today, I proudly hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My commitment to personal well-being has blossomed into a promising career dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Specializing in sustainable weight loss programs, I bring a unique blend of empathy, knowledge, and practical guidance to every coaching session.

What sets me apart is not just the certifications on my wall, but the firsthand experience of overcoming health challenges. I understand the struggles, doubts, and triumphs that come with reclaiming your health. My story began at a crossroads when I hung up my collegiate track spikes. I was Extremely lost and questioning my identity without the title of "athlete." anymore. Little did I know, this turning point would lead me to discover my true passion in the world of fitness.

In the midst of the uncertainty, the gym became my sanctuary. It was here that I found solace and purpose, realizing that fitness was more than a regimen—it was a lifestyle. My journey from confusion to clarity ignited my commitment to and passion for helping others navigate their paths through wellness.

As a Personal Trainer, my expertise lies in cardiovascular endurance training, however I go beyond the norm. I'm a firm believer in the power of a strong heart and lungs, yet I also prioritize strength training with its functionality and its benefits as we age. This approach not only enhances athletic performance but allows for tailored approaches to benefit individuals of all ages.
