Training

Our Team

An effective health/fitness coach is more of a partner that helps guide, motivate, and educate you than a drill sergeant that barks orders at you in an effort to "whip you into shape."

They help to bring out all of the potential, strength, joy, and gifts that you already posses.

Coaches provide accountability and discipline.

A good coach will also make sure that you don't damage your body when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way to exercise.

TRAIN WITH AN EXPERT.

All of our coaches are Nationally Certified by one or more Nationally Accredited Certifying Agencies.

Nathan Burditt

Owner/Head Coach

“The beginning of my journey into the fitness industry started with a very shallow understanding of what exactly coaches are called to do. Like most, I began working out in order to satisfy some aesthetic based goals for myself.

It didn’t take long, though, to realize that exercise and improving the health of my body was directly linked to my mental and spiritual strength as well.

This is when I fell in love with the idea of becoming a professional in the health/fitness industry.

With each year my understanding of what it means to embody overall health deepens. I have learned so much about coaching and the collaboration it takes between individuals and their coach to create change. However, with the more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. This fuels my fire to be a continuous learner and to always seek to further my education.”

Nate has been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition, the Cooper Institute, Functional Movement Systems and is currently studying the neurology of movement, pain, and emotions and the relationships between them through academy of Applied Movement Neurology.

"I am beyond blessed that I have been able to make a career out of sharing my passion with others! I promise to always do my best to remain client-centered and to serve them with compassion.”

Jessica Burditt

Co-Owner/Health and Fitness Coach

Jessica’s health and Wellness journey began in early 2011 when she met her future husband, Nathan, who taught her how to cook for the very first time. Before then Jessica ate nothing but fast food and had never worked out a day in her life.

"The beautiful wonders of proper nutrition and exercise transformed my life! Once I became pregnant with my first child, this appreciation deepened even more. Knowing that what I put in my body not only affected me but was also the building blocks for my daughters development was true motivation."

Jessica believes if there is ever a time to be obsessed with health and wellness it is when you are building and nurturing a baby. She credits all the health success of her light weight pregnancies, astonishingly easy and quick deliveries, healthy babies, instant weight loss, and years of successful breastfeeding to her proper nutrition and exercise!

She dedicated years to being a Stay at Home Mom. All the while she was learning and growing her knowledge WITH and through her husbands continued education and experiences.

Jessica became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

She has a deep desire to help every single person who feels like a beginner. Every person who feels insecure, awkward, uncoordinated, or overwhelmed. As well as any pre/post natal mother’s.

“ My ultimate goal as a Coach is to successfully assist people with pushing through their fearful egos and into the depths of their potential, then pulling it to the surface of their being.”
