The relationship between you (our client) and us (your coaches) is a partnership. And only through working together can the mutually beneficial goal (your results) be best achieved.

 

Our commitment to you:

 

• To help you determine realistic health and fitness goals and put them on a timeline for achievement

• Provide you with nutrition and supplementation advice – to fuel your body with the energy required and maintain a muscle-building fat-burning state

• Design complete exercise programs to achieve your goals that include:​

  1. Resistance training – to increase your strength and build lean muscle

  2. Cardiovascular exercise – to optimize fat burning and heart health

  3. Stretching – to accelerate your recovery from exercise and prevent injury

  4. Coaching – to motivate, support, and encourage you when required

• Teach you all the components of your program and help you implement them into your daily habits and life

• To answer any questions you have related to the program and support you to the best of our abilities

Based on our commitment to you, we require the following from you:

 

• Attend a minimum of 1 class per week following the WTSWI program for a minimum of 3 months (this would correlate to using at least 100 credits each month)

• Complete and fully fill out any questionnaire, journal, or log provided by your coaches. 

• Open and read all of your weekly emails that will be provided as a part of this program

• Implement any changes suggested by your coaches regarding your nutritional and/or lifestyle habits

 

After the 3 month period, if you can honestly say you followed all of the requirements and do not look or feel better (physically, mentally, or spiritually) than you did the day you started this program, we will refund your entire package investment.
