This program is a beginner level fitness and weight loss camp designed to inspire, motivate, and transform your life.

We strive to create healthy habits in your lifestyle that will stick with you beyond the duration of this class! We want to challenge you to start taking the steps necessary for better health and overall wellness so over the coarse of the next 3 months we will be implementing new, simple daily habits to start practicing every couple of weeks that have been proven to get results! 


During this challenge you will experience full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to be the most efficient and effective way to get you fit. FAST! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!

No fad diets, no gimmicks-Just motivating fitness classes, nutritional education, mindfulness practice, and the tools to continue your new life-style at home.


We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

– Small, More Personal Class Size! We put a 10 personal limit on all our classes to make sure you get the attention that you need. Never get lost in the crowd feeling like you don't know what you're doing. We keep the class small so we can always monitor you form, answer questions, and give modifications to exercises when necessary


.– 5 Minute Meal Recipes! Time is the number one limiting factor to why people don't eat healthy. When you sign up for this class you will receive delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even shakes that are all ready in 5 minutes or less! 

– The After Burn! We use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as E.P.O.C. to increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right; burn fat for HOURS after your workout!

– NEVER Plateau! The body hates change! It would much rather do the same things every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” We utilize the principle of muscle confusion. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come.
