Our 5 week program is a results-driven fitness and weight loss camp created to inspire, motivate, and transform your life. No fad diets, no gimmicks-Just motivating fitness classes, nutritional education, mindfulness practice, and the tools to continue your new life-style at home.
Experience full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to be the most efficient and effective way to get you fit. FAST! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!
We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
– Indoor/Outdoor Option. Weather will never be an issue with us. As long as it is nice we like to train outside to soak up some vitamin D and fresh air. But if weather doesn't permit, it's not a problem. We have space available inside, so classes will never be canceled or rescheduled. Rain, shine, snow, whatever……we are ready to workout!
– The After Burn! We use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as E.P.O.C. to increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right; burn fat for HOURS after your workout!
– NEVER Plateau! The body hates change! It would much rather do the same things every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” We utilize the principle of muscle confusion. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come.
– NO DIETS HERE! ELIMINATE the word diet once and for all! Every participant receives our nutrition program. No supplementation. Just real, natural foods that don't restrict calories leaving you hungry and upset.
– Positive Energy: This challenge is about a team environment where both your trainers and fellow participants motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential!
