The Crunch at Lunch Program is a 30 minute group exercise class designed to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time possible.
If you are a working person with a busy schedule and struggle to find the time to get your fitness routine in then this is the class for you.
This is a high intensity, fast paced class so come ready to sweat! You can expect high intensity interval training, resistance training, core strengthening, and cardio endurance training. We have designed the perfect combination of these training methods to get you the BEST RESULTS in the QUICKEST AMOUNT OF TIME possible!
